Important: Make sure you are using Legacy Outlook. The New Outlook for Mac does not support Hosted Exchange yet.

Steps

1. Open Outlook on your Mac.
2. Go to Tools → Accounts → Add Email Account.
3. Enter your email address and click Continue.
4. You should now be on the Exchange configuration page. Enter the following:
   • Method: Username & Password (default)
   • Email Address: your full email address (should already be filled)
   • Domain\Username or Email: your full email address
   • Password: your email password
