Before and after
What we’ll ask,
and what to check.
A few details up front help us plan the move. Then you check the preview before anything goes live.
Before we start, tell us about
- Your site’s files and database
- Any scheduled tasks or background jobs
- Where your email and domain are managed. Moving your site doesn’t move them
- Payments, forms or other services it connects to
- Premium themes or plugins that need a licence

Something else on your mind? Ask our team
What kind of access do you need?
Usually access to your current hosting control panel or a full backup, plus admin access to your CMS or application if it has one. Share credentials only through your secure support ticket, never by email.
Is it really free?
Yes. Migrations to Lebcloud are free, whether your site runs on WordPress, another CMS, Laravel, Node.js or plain PHP. Tell us what it runs on and we’ll plan the move with you.
Will my site go down during the migration?
No. Your current site stays live while we copy and you review the preview. For shops and membership sites, we agree a short final sync window so new orders aren’t lost.
How long will a migration take?
It depends on the size of the site, access and how often its data changes. We’ll give you an estimate before we start and keep you updated along the way.
Ready when your website is.
Send us the site address and a few details about your current setup. We’ll take it from there.
